About F*ck Suicide

Page content

I’m not a marketing guy who found a cause. I’m the cause.

I’m Tristin, a single dad, a former tattoo artist and a psychology student. I’ve lived with severe anxiety and depression. I’ve struggled with substance use. I’ve called the suicide hotline, and I’ve attempted suicide. I’ve lost friends to suicide and to overdose.

I’m still here. And honestly? I’m disappointed. Mental health has turned into a marketing aesthetic. Too often, “mental health matters” becomes a slogan without meaningful support behind it. Awareness doesn’t answer a crisis line at 3am. Funding does.

So here’s what I’m building toward.

My goal is to donate most of the profits from this brand to mental health and suicide prevention. Before I make a specific donation promise, I’ll publish the recipient organization, the exact contribution and how it’s calculated.

I want you to be able to check the impact, not just take my word for it. My plan is to post donation receipts here, with a reporting schedule shared once the details are finalized.

Hold me to being transparent. That’s why I’m putting it in writing.

The name is blunt on purpose. Suicide took enough from me and the people I love. It doesn’t get a polite name. The semicolon on our smiley means what it means on a tattoo: the sentence isn’t over.

Wear it loud. Stay.

Funding a way forward.

If you’re struggling right now, call or text 9-8-8 in Canada or the United States, any time, day or night. If there’s immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
